What devices does Lift Tracker support?
Lift Tracker is available on iPhone running iOS 17 or later. An iPad version and Apple Watch companion app are on the roadmap.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes — completed workouts sync to Apple Health automatically, counting toward your Move ring, active calories, and active minutes.
Can I track cardio as well as lifting?
Absolutely. GPS outdoor runs, treadmill sessions, cycling, rowing, and sport activities are all supported in the same app alongside your strength training.
Does it work with my wearable?
If your device syncs heart rate to Apple Health — Apple Watch, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit, and others — Lift Tracker will display your live heart rate during cardio sessions.
Is my data private?
Your workout data is stored locally on your device. We don't run a server, we don't sell data, and we never will. Deleting the app removes everything permanently.
How many exercises are in the library?
Over 100 exercises across all major muscle groups, with detailed instructions for each. More are added regularly based on user feedback.
